We are delighted to announce that from September onwards Claire Kerins Consultant Dietician will be providing an appointment based service from Seapoint Medical Centre.
Claire is a registered dietitian, specialising in weight management and health behaviour change. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2006 with a degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. She then completed a Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters in Health Promotion at NUI Galway. Claire is part of the teaching faculty for the Masters in Preventive Cardiology at NUI Galway and is an Honorary Clinical Fellow of the School of Medicine.
Prior to joining the Seapoint Medical Centre, Claire was the lead Specialist Cardiac and Weight Management Dietitian for the Croí Heart and Stroke Centre. She has previously been a member of the Safefood Scientific Advisory Committee for Ireland.
